Each DHS Club product, service and subscription is assigned a Reward Points, Referral Fee and Pay Point value from which a VIP Member is able to receive compensation from.
Reward Points
As a VIP you are able to earn Reward Points on your personal purchases. Reward Points are accumulated and redeemable for cash back rebates, rewards certificates or special reward offers. Your Rewards Points balance and redemption options are shown at the Rewards Points Center.
Personal Income
This is income that you are able to earn on your personal sales. This provides you with an incentive to personally refer others as DHS Club Members and to sponsor Affinity Groups. Personal Income is derived from Referral Fee Commissions and from personal "Pay Points".
The amount or percentage of Rewards Points, Referral Fee Commissions and Pay Points you are able to earn, are shown at each store, merchant or merchandise listing. However, Referral Fees and Pay Points earned on Merchant Affiliates and ClubAdvantage subscription entitlements are not shown. View these entitlements.
The Referral Commission on each purchase is equal to the same percentage as the Pay Points, which are listed for each store in the ClubShop Mall. For example. If the Pay Points listed for a purchase are 2.8% of the purchase amount, the Referral Fee will also equal 2.8% of the purchase amount.
Pay Points are credits you can earn based on a percentage of the purchases and subscriptions made by you and the Members in your organization. They are accumulated each month to help determine your Personal and Organizational Pay Point entitlements.
As a VIP you can earn Personal Pay Points on:
- your personal purchases
- the purchases made by any Shopper or Associate Member within your non-VIP organization
- the purchases made by any Affinity Group and the Associate or Shopper Members that they have referred
- any purchases made with any Merchant Affiliates within your non-VIP organization by any DHS Club Member
Organizational Income
As a VIP, you are also able to earn override commissions from the purchases and subscriptions made by the VIPs in your organization, and all of the Members within their organization. This is called "Organizational Income". To become eligible for Organizational Income, you must meet two different Pay Points requirements:
To view what the fees and pay points are for your country’s currency, Click Here.
Personal Pay Points - You must have at least the Personal Pay Points per month to be a VIP Member. This equals the total of the Pay Points from the purchases made by you and your personally sponsored or frontline Shopper and Associate Members and by your personally sponsored Affinity Group's frontline Shopper and Associate Members.
NOTE: The best and easiest way to qualify to be a VIP Member, is by subscribing to the ClubAdvantage Business Building System, as the ClubAdvantage subscription has pay point values. View above Pay Point Chart for your currency.
Organizational Pay Points - This equals the total amount of Pay Points from the purchases and subscriptions made by you and all Associate, Shopper and VIP Members in your entire organization.

No VIP Income | VIP Income | |
"Get 2 and your Fees are Through" - Once you have at least two VIPs personally sponsored or at least the minimum Pay Points being generated from two different lines of sponsorship, you are entitled to start earning a Monthly Organizational Income AND you are guaranteed to have your monthly ClubAdvantage subscription fee deducted from your earnings.
ClubAdvantage Training and Management Roles
The percentage of Organizational Income that you are able to earn is based on the ClubAdvantage Training courses that you have completed and the System Management Role level that you have qualified for. This is called the "Management Multiplier". The more you learn, the more you'll earn.
Builder Team Coaches and higher need to continue to complete the requirements for their applicable Management Role in order to remain qualified for the role. Should a Builder Team Coach or higher fail to re-qualify for a role, they will have until the end of the next month to re qualify for the role or be downgraded to a lesser Management Role. Should this occur, the downgraded VIP will need to re qualify for the applicable Management Roles which they once qualified for. These requirements and one's current status is shown at the Management Role Report which is viewable at the Business Reports links at the VIP Control Center.
This "built in" management structure aspect of the ClubAdvantage Business Building System makes "upline" VIPs accountable, to ensure that "downline" VIPs are receiving the necessary support and assistance from their "upline" VIPs.
HOW YOUR MONTHLY INCOME IS CALCULATED
A. Total Your Referral Commissions
B. Add your Personal Pay Point entitlement - To do this, you need to compare your total, monthly Organizational Pay Points (Personal + Downline) to the table below, to determine your Pay Percentage entitlement. The higher your Organizational Pay Points are, the higher the Pay Percentage is. Multiply your Personal Pay Points by the applicable Pay Percentage.
Pay Points | 75 | 150 | 250 | 400 | 600 | 1,000 | 1,500 | 2,250 | 3,250 | 4,500 | 6,000 | 6,000 Executive Director |
Pay Percentage | 34% | 36% | 39% | 42% | 46% | 49% | 52% | 56% | 59% | 61% | 65% | 70% |
Potential Commissions | $25 to $51 | $55 to $92 | $100 to $160 | $172 to $258 | $264 to $460 | $490 to $735 | $780 to $1,299 | $1,375 to $1,924 | $2,030 to $2,610 | $2,700 to $3,600 | $3,900+ | 4,200+ |
For example, if you have 500 Organizational Pay Points, your Pay Percentage would be 42% . Therefore your Personal Pay Point entitlement would be 42% of your Personal Pay Points. If you had 50 Personal Pay Points, you would be entitled to $21.00 in Personal Pay Point income.
C. Add your Organizational Pay Point Entitlement (Override Commissions) - To calculate this, you need to do 3 things:
1. Multiply your Downline Pay Points by the same percentage used above. This equals the total potential Organizational Pay Point income for you and the VIPs in your organization.
For example, if you have a total of 500 Organizational Pay Points, of which 450 are Downline Pay Points, the Potential Organizational Commissions would be 42% of 450 Pay Points, or $189.00.
2. Subtract the Pay Point commissions that are paid to the VIPs in your organization, from the Potential Organizational Commissions. The balance equals the amount of override commissions that you are able to earn. This balance is referred to as "Claimable Commissions".
Using the same example as shown above, with the VIPs in your organization earning $35.00 of your Potential Organizational Commissions, your Claimable Override Commissions would equal $154.00.
$189.00 in Potential Organizational Commissions less VIP payouts of $35.00 = $154.00 in Claimable Commissions.
3. Multiply your Claimable Commissions by a "Management Multiplier". Your Management Multiplier will be based on the training that you complete and the roles and responsibility you have qualified for, to build, develop, manage and direct your VIP organizations according to the ClubAdvantage Business Building System.
To determine a Management Multiplier, use the table below. The row to the left represents your training or management level. The top row represents your Organization's Pay Points.
Using the same example as shown above (with 500 Organizational Pay Points):
If however you had qualified as a Builder Team Coach, your Management Multiplier would be 1.00 or 100%.
|
Note: In the case where a VIP fails to qualify to earn all of the Claimable Override Commissions, those commissions will "roll up" to the first VIP(s) qualified to to earn them with a higher Management Multiplier.

2AP- Auto Pilot VIPs will receive the MM, unless their Role MM is higher, in which case they will receive the higher MM.
3Passive - VIPs that have "no role" are just entitled to the "2 for $25" Guarantee, until they start and complete the ClubAdvantage Training courses for each role.
Note: To qualify as an Executive Director, one also needs to have a minimum of 1,200 "Side Volume" Pay Points. Side Volume consists of all Pay Points (including Personal Pay Points), other than the Pay Points from the highest producing line of sponsorship.
Vested Income Program- Executive Director Bonuses
Each Executive Director Star represents a personal line of sponsorship with an Executive Director in it. The Level 1 percentage is paid on the Organizational Pay Points for the first Executive Director in a line and the Level 2 percentage would be paid on the 2nd Executive Director's Organizational Pay Points in the same line, etc. Meaning, each personal line can pay you Executive Director Bonuses on all Executive Directors in your organization, up to 4 Executive Directors deep.
Stars | Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 3 | Level 4 |
1 Star Executive Director | 7.0 % | 3.0 % | 1.25 % | .5 % |
2 Star Executive Director | 7.5 % | 3.5 % | 1.5 % | .6 % |
3 Star Executive Director | 8.0 % | 4.0 % | 1.75 % | .7 % |
4 Star Executive Director | 8.5 % | 4.5 % | 2.0 % | .8 % |
5 Star Executive Director | 9.0 % | 5.0 % | 2.25 % | .9 % |
6 Star Ambassador's Club | 9.5 % | 5.5 % | 2.5 % | 1.0 % |
Executive Director "Side Volume" Requirements
- If a VIP Member has one line of sponsorship with at least 6,000 Pay Points, they will need to have a minimum 1,500 "Side Volume" Pay Points to be able to be recognized as an Executive Director and be eligible to earn Executive Director Organizational Income and Executive Director Bonuses. Failure to have this minimum requirement will result in the VIP qualifying as a Diamond Director or less, depending on the Management Role they have qualified for.
- If a VIP Member has two to five lines of sponsorship with at least 6,000 Pay Points, they will qualify as an Executive Director. However, the percentages and titles shown above, are also subject to a "Side Volume" requirement as follows:
2 Star | 3 Star | 4 Star | 5 Star |
1,200 Organizational Pay Points | 900 Organizational Pay Points | 600 Organizational Pay Points | 300 Organizational Pay Points |
There are no "Side Volume" requirements for 6 Star or higher, Ambassadors' Club Members. |
In the case where a "Side Volume" requirement is not met, the title and Executive Director Bonus percentages will be based on the previous title. For example, a VIP with 2 lines of sponsorship with 6,000+ Pay Points and less than 1,200 "Side Volume", will be recognized as a 1 Star Executive Director and will earn the 1 Star Bonus percentages on the Organizational Pay Points for the Executive Directors in their organization.
Bonus "Roll Up" Credit
If a 1 Star Executive Director has less than 6,000 Organizational Pay Points side volume (volume other than the "break away" volume of their 1st Executive Director), then a "Pay Point Multiplier" or "PPM" (similar to our Management Multiplier shown above) will apply, based on the Pay Points the 1 Star Exec has. The PPM will be based on the percentage an Exec has compared to 6,000 PP. It can be anywhere from .25 (25%) for a 1 Star Exec with 1,500 side volume to 1.0 (100%) for a 1 Star Exec with 6,000 PP. Any unclaimed bonus money would "roll up", to either the first 1 Star Executive Director with at least 6,000 Pay Points, or the first 2 Star or higher Executive Director.
The table below show examples of the PPM, based on the downline Executive Director having just 6,000 PP (6,000 X 7.5%=$450.00 X PPM).
Side Volume | PPM | Exec Bonus Paid to 1 Star Exec | Exec Bonus Rolled Up to 1st Qualified Exec |
1,500PP | .25 | $112.50 | $337.50 |
2,000PP | .33 | $150.00 | $300.00 |
3,000PP | .50 | $225.00 | $225.00 |
4,500PP | .75 | $337.50 | $112.50 |
